Stokes Industries can be of great benefit to your parking needs. We will be pleased to assist you in any way possible. Stokes Industries is a design consulting firm and not a manufacturer. We do not own any manufacturing facilities. Our company specializes in assisting the owner/builder/developer in selecting and purchasing the correct equipment for each garage project. Our purpose is simply to help you get the proper equipment at an economical price. In some instances we will recommend a particular manufacturer, or several manufactures, to supply the equipment. In other circumstances we may partially or completely design the equipment to be used.

In either instance we assume the responsibility of insuring that the equipment is properly manufactured, installed and commissioned and that the total garage system functions as required. It is a gross misconception that a competitive bidding process will result in the best parking equipment for the best price. Each bidder tries to convince you that their equipment is what you require. The truth is their equipment was designed to meet their needs not yours! Just as you use a qualified architect to specify your building designs you also need someone who understands the different types of parking systems to get the correct equipment at the best price.

To represent your needs properly it is necessary to discuss the project requirements and design considerations with you. A web conference or telephone conference are ways to start this process but the only proper way to do this is in face to face meetings. We will need to review the overall construction plans and discuss traffic patterns, garage operational expectations, which parts of the project will be supplied by the garage manufacturer and which parts will be supplied by local construction companies as well as any site specific or customer desired requirements. We also need a brief understanding of the local building requirements and construction capabilities.
