The Stokes Garage can be a free standing structure, with or without siding, or integrated into an existing or new structure. The garage is commonly attached to high density buildings such as apartments and offices and can be located adjacent to, inside of or, under a building. The possibilities are limitless.
Minimal Real Estate Commitment
Each Stokes Garage parking tower stores the maximum
number of vehicles in the minimum amount of real estate thus making it
the most cost effective parking solution on the market. A typical Stokes Garage parking tower foot print consumes 25ft (7.5m) x 60ft (18m) of space. That is roughly nine parking spaces! A fifteen level parking tower having 120 parking spaces is around 90ft (27.5m) tall.
Extremely Flexible Solution
The Stokes Garage is highly configurable capable of omitting parking levels and even parking spaces on any level. In additional, per level and per space height clearances are supported. These simple but effective abilities makes the Stokes Garage uniquely qualified to handle any challenge.
